The UNSCEAR 2019 Report containing two scientific annexes were published online in December 2020 (link). Annex A (Evaluation of selected health effects and inference of risk due to radiation exposure) provides an evaluation of selected health effects and inference of risk due to radiation exposure describing five scenarios for risk evaluation. Annex B (Lung cancer from exposure to radon) evaluates lung cancer from exposure to radon and provides information to assess recent developments in risk estimates of lung cancer and radon exposure.
